After I contracted with and paid for legal service with another attorney I soon realized that attorney was not going to handle the case with my best interest in mind. Because I hold a clean record, and have a professional license, it was imperative that I hired someone that I knew would represent me in a professional manner; and who has the knowledge, experience, and ethical consideration necessary for providing his clients the most appropriate legal outcome. I decided to change legal representation and find an attorney with an excellent record, who considers the client’s best interest, is available when needed, someone I could trust, has the tenacity to fight for me, the knowledge to know when to speak up in court and experience and hindsight to know when silence is a virtue. I made an appointment with his Law office so i can get to know him, face to face observe his actions and truthfulness in conversation. After an hour I felt that I found an attorney who I could trust to do exactly what he offered- The best Legal representation with a plan of action individualized according to my history, charges and usual penalty. Attorney Mathews Bark provided the best course of action for me based on my legal needs. That is what i most liked in him, and why i was comfortable hiring him to represent me. I trusted him. Many attorneys provide cookie cutter representation, with out considering that everyone is an individual needing different course of actions to take and still have positive outcomes. Although he charges may be higher than other attorneys, you get what you pay for.
