I hired Nicole on several occasions. The biggest case was a case in which fiduciary responsibilities were not met by a board of directors of an organization. She kept me informed weekly of the status of the proceedings. She worked hard and brought justice to bear on the wrong doers helping us negotiate a settlement that even paid for 100% of all legal fees incurred. I have 4 buldging discs in my neck and a herniatied disc in my back. At the initial consolation they told me they would have no problem taking this to a jury trial and at least getting my medical bills paid. I need back surgery. I hired this attorney 2 and a half years ago. I have called numerous times and never got a return call. Finally I insisted on an appointment. They told me that they were going to settle this case for $2,000! I have been seeing a Dr. And a nuero-surgeon for 2 1/2 years. My Dr. Told me that eventually I would end up in a wheel chair unable to work or provide for my family or even be able to take care of myself and they are going to settle my case for $2,000. After they take their 1/3 that doesn't leave much for the doctors who have been seeing me for the last 2 1/2 years let alone the x-rays and 2 MRI's. They knew they were going to settle for $2,000 in April and only after I demanded an appointment do I find out they knew in April that they were going to settle for $2,000 and not go through with a jury trial. $2,000 after their third does not cover seeing the doctor I have been seeing for 2 1/2 years or the nuero-surgeon! I was lied to and even when I called and asked for return phone calls I never received them! They just let me continue racking up debt and didn't even tell me they decided to settle in April for $2,000. I'm very upset and really made a bad decision on picking an attorney!
