Mark is an exceptionally skilled advocate. I have known him for over ten years, and recently had the pleasure of working closely with him again. He is smart, tenacious, and extremely well-prepared. He uses sound legal judgment and is great on his feet.

I have worked with Mark on numerous occassions, including a 4 day bench trial. Mark is meticulous in his preparation and therefore well prepared for virtually anything that can come up in a deposition or trial setting. Mark's style is fairly aggressive which I happen to like. However, he has always shown professionalism to opposing counsel, witnesses, and the Court. Mark has the rare combination of book smarts and on his feet skills.
