They were very nice on the phone but ultimately turned down my business because they were "too busy" at the moment, leaving me in a real stressful bind with an IRS audit.
If they were "too busy" then they should have told me initially before I opened up a case with ARAG and had to wait another 48 hours to hear they were "too busy." Although not a client, my two star review is a fair enough reflection of my experiences with this business, who apparently will "reap what they sow" smh

Awesome experience, affordable and money well spent! I had an appointment with Attorney Julisse Jimenez for review of an employment contract. She heard and addressed all my questions, she was thorough, professional, very knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed.
Gabriel from the office was also very polite and helpful. I recommend this firm without reservation especially for similar services. Keep up the good work!
