Kia guided me through all my options to keep my assets secure and to ensure my beneficiaries receive their inheritance without going through a costly probate process. I was able to disinherit any relative that might come out of the woodwork. I was able to handle the entire process remotely!

They were very nice on the phone but ultimately turned down my business because they were "too busy" at the moment, leaving me in a real stressful bind with an IRS audit.
If they were "too busy" then they should have told me initially before I opened up a case with ARAG and had to wait another 48 hours to hear they were "too busy." Although not a client, my two star review is a fair enough reflection of my experiences with this business, who apparently will "reap what they sow" smh
