I felt he was honest with my situation and thoroughly explained which ever decision I chose, how the outcome can turn out realistically, good or bad. Was able to convince the other party to settle instead of having to continue this for another year or two in court. Which would have cost me more money out of pocket and also would have hurt the other party because the lawsuit was ridiculous to begin with.
