I have dealt with many lawyers from the Miami Dade area all the way up the coast of Florida and there is none like him. He is very patient with his customers, very knowledgeable, and make you feel like a friend and not just a client. If you choose ANYONE else over him your making a HUGE mistake. In researching bankruptcy attorney's, it became obvious, that many of them had big offices, with receptionists and secretaries that I had to speak to before I could speak to the actual attorney. I came across Shmucher Law and it had great reviews so I decided to call. Much to my surprise, the actual attorney answered the phone, and immediately answered all my questions, responded to text messages promptly, he was always reachable. This was so refreshing, it saved time, I was able to get a better understanding of what needed to be done. We set up a meeting, and that went well. When comparing Ofer to other attorney's we spoke to, he really stood out as a straight up professional attorney, no BS, got right to business which is my kind of attorney to do business with. The entire process was a bit overwhelming in the beginning but Ofer really simplified it, and made it seem like we were a team. He guided us, and encouraged us that the potential really did exist to rebuild the credit in time by filing bankruptcy to get rid of old debt that we could not pay off. Ofer was amazing throughout my entire bankruptcy case. It was a very difficult decision to file for bankruptcy, but I decided that it was something that had to be done to deal with financial problems that I was having. I had a different BK attorney in mind, but after doing a little research I decided to schedule a meeting with Ofer to discuss my situation. I knew from the moment that I met him that I didn't need to look any further for the attorney that I would use and it was one of the best decisions that I could have made. First off- his fee was very reasonable and he was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. He was ALWAYS available every time that I reached out to him and answered every question that I had. He was more like a friend during the process. We ran into a few issues during the case that I know with certainty any other attorney would have charged me a lot of money to handle and Ofer handled the issue and didn't request anything additional from me. Filing to discharge took about 3 months and I was able to get my life back. I am very grateful for Ofer handling my case and would recommend him 1000%.
