Promise to call back never called!!! No answer the phone for a few times. Very bad service!! Waste of time.

Attorney Shmucher is very professional and knowledgeable. From day one he gave me confidence when I realized he knew exactly what I was going through. I got a letter from court saying I had a hearing for a collection agency trying to collect an account. The date for this hearing was only a week away, not sure what happened with this letter and why I was only being given a week to prepare. When I called that attorney trying to sue me they did not want to work with me. All they offered me was a discount of a couple hundred dollars for a debt of over $5,000 and only 12 months to pay it, even during a pandemic. Not knowing what to do I searched on Google my local attorneys to see what options I had. Most of them were just offering me bankruptcy, which was something I was not interested in. During my search I ran into Shmucher Law and when I called Ofer was the one that answered the phone. He immediately gave me other options that other attorneys did not and he knew exactly how to handle my case. He told me he would take care of it and he definitely did. He also asked me where I worked and when I told him he advised me that my employer offered a legal insurance plan and to check to see if I had coverage. Which I completely forgot I did have this coverage. I opened up a claim and quickly let Ofer know, he provided the services I needed and they were covered in full. A week later he called me to let me know he had settled my case and for a fraction of what that other law firm was willing to work with me. I was so relieved and happy that I contacted Ofer to work my case. I definitely recommend this law firm.
