I can not recommend Ofer Shmucher enough. We were in a situation where we really needed to file bankruptcy, and we had a complicated case. Ofer was able to ease our concerns and guide us through the bankruptcy without any hitches. He kept us informed throughout the whole process from start to finish and really genuinely cared about us, not only as clients, but as people. It is SO nice to be on the other side now - I really wish we had gone through bankruptcy with him sooner.

This is unequivocally the best attorney in S.Florida. Regardless of your legal matter don't make the mistake of not calling him first. He came highly recommended and exceeded those expectations, which I didn't think was possible. I have spent thousands with lazy, incompetent, greedy attorneys down here esp. Broward and wish that I had met Ofer before. He called me once I gave him my paperwork (the next day literally) and he went over all my options. He then followed up again a few days later. Unheard of! He genuinely cared. Sorry if this review is lengthy but it's not the norm. He wasnt billing me for every convo either . In fact he didn't bill me at all. I could go on but check out how many reviews he has and the five star rating. Exceptionally intelligent and thorough you feel comfortable that his suggestion is your best option. If you have a legal situation and need to speak to someone TRUSTWORTHY check in with him first. I promise you won't regret it. He is in a league and class of attorneys with absolutely no competition.

Ofer helped me out with a citi card situation, something that was relatively minor. When I would freak out, he would say all the right things to calm me down. He also told me exactly how everything would play out, he set the expectation, he delivered, and everything went according to the game plan. He has a sense of humor as well which is a breath of fresh air. He is a true professional, honest, and takes care of what he needs to do. Excellent communication. Overall, I highly recommend.

When I first saw all the positive reviews, I thought how is that possible?! No one has that many good reviews but after hiring Ofer for legal services I can see why. He is personable, effective and a great communicator. I definitely recommend.

Deceptive claim. We contacted this company for help determining if we have a lemon law case. They instructed us to send all of our records, and said they would review the records and let us know within a day if we have a case. It turns out this is some sort of referral service for lemon law attorneys. All they do is pass the records on to attorneys local to the area that you call from. This was not disclosed to us. They made it sound like we were talking to an actual attorney's office. Plus they did not provide a response within a day as they promised.

My journey began soon after I was released from the hospital after spending 12 days in the hospital, 6 in CCU, with double pneumonia.
