It was a long couple of months after my fiance and I got into our car accident with a drunk driver. We were afraid confused had no idea what to do and didnt think we could afford a lawyer however we were recommend to moody law and oh my Godness, They took the wheel and it was smooth sailing from their. Sam was great and quick with her responses and my fiance and I were happy with our outcomes. Definetly recomend them if you ever get into a car accident especially when you have been hurt. Again my fiance and I are truly greatful to moody law for everything that they did for my family and now we can finally move on with our lives. They really do treat you like family!

My name is Ryan Mate and I was a client of your law firm for the past two+ years. I came to your firm after I fell at a restaurant in Tampa while with friends. I fractured my ankle, which required surgery, and rehabilitation, and I missed a number of work days and had medical bills. I chose your firm based upon what others have said about it on the web. I was NOT disappointed in anyway. I am more than pleased with the hard work and dedication of each of the individuals I had the pleasure to work with. He was able to answer any questions I had and let me know upfront that it may take a long time to come to an end or I may not get anything at all. He was upfront and honest about it. He answered every question and I had a lot, since this was my first lawsuit I have ever filed and the first time that I required the use of law firm. He did a great job. Later, my case was passed to Gerald Spurgin. I will be honest, I was a little nervous about my case being passed on to another lawyer, but once again, it was your staff, specifically Debbie, who contacted me and assured me that Mr. Spurgin was going to continue the hard work of Mr. Russo and was dedicated to a positive outcome. Mr. Spurgin is an awesome individual. He always had answers and help me get a settlement that to this day I am shocked at. When we came into mediation, I had a number that I would should settle for. My number was so much lower than his and in the end we were really close to his number and way off from mine. I credit him with the settlement offer and doing everything in his power to help this case come to an end. Finally, when the attorney switch occurred, I also received a new paralegal, Sam Yost. Just after Debbie reassured me on the counsel change, Sam contacted me to introduce herself and to assure that Mr. Spurgin and her would continue the hard work that the firm has started. She is another gem in your office. She is an outstanding paralegal that she always kept me updated on the progress of the case, most of the time beating me to the punch. She took care of the scheduling, sending updates and notices to me. Again, any question or concern I had, she was able to answer it for me and most of all, keep me informed on what is going on. In addition, she was the first person to congratulate me on my settlement, outside of Mr. Spurgin. She is fantastic and true asset to your firm. Excellent attorney there. His name is Chris Russo. He was very professional and even though they don't handle the law my case requires, he recommended an attorney who could. This is in regards to a slip and fall accident I had on September 23, 2013. This slip and fall caused injury to my left knee and middle of my back. Because of this slip and fall I had a meniscus tear, strained ligament and plica problem with my left knee, a bulge in one of my discs in my back. Because of this I had to undergo months of physical therapy, ended up having left knee surgery and then continuing physical therapy for another couple of months. I hired Moody Law firm in order for them to assist me with getting my medical bills paid etc.. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance during this horrible time in my life, from the very beginning until the close of this case they were extremely helpful, kind and considerate of the situation. Mr. Spurgin (who is one of the lawyers with Moody Law) was not only very professional and knowledgeable in these matters; but was extremely kind and understanding in all aspects of this situation. His legal staff were exceptional, there was never a time I could not reach them with any questions, concerns I may have had during this case. They answered every question and concern I had, whether it was a simple one to a difficult one. I always received the utmost care, concern and felt as if I were the only case they had. Never once did I feel as if they did not care, or I was just a “number”. This law firm is exceptional in the way they handle each individual person.
