I was very dissatisfied after I paid her fully for what she charged. It was the first time I had to seek legal advise because I was being sued. She was recommended by my son’s lawyer who was also being sued for the same property, so I assumed she had all information. She called me and I told her I was servicing my car I did not know that was my consultation. I tried to make an appointment with her twice and she refused. On three seperate occasions she threaten to withdraw from the case and eventually did without my knowledge. She also dropped my countersuit without my knowledge . I paid her $4500 a flat rate up to trial. The only thing she did was write two correspondents to the court on my behalf. Personally I think she is unethical and untrustworthy based on the experience I had.

Atty Payne has been my attorney on a civil matter for a couple of years. I received a judgment in my case and paid Atty Payne an additional $950.00 to determine if the defendants wages could be garnered. I also asked for assistance in filing liens. After being unable to contact her for 3 or 4 months, I made several phone calls to her office but none of my phone calls have returned. All I want now is my $950.00 returned so that I can have another attorney complete the actions that I asked her to complete.

Hey my name is Sabrina, I retained Attorney Payne for being harassed by a creditor that was threatening me for a balance that was over due but unjust. Once she took the case on my behalf I didn't recieve anymore calls. She is professional, informative and most of integral. She is my attorney for life!!!

I cannot be more thankful for Mrs. Payne lending her expertise to my situation! I signed a two-year lease and found out less than a year into my lease that the house I was renting was in danger of foreclosure. As the situation escalated into a foreclosure proceeding, I didn't know what I was to be responsible for doing as a tenant. I had very little knowledge of what I needed to do in my position and she stepped right in and made sure I understood what was going on, that things were taken care of and she was prompt in all her actions. My landlord shut my lights off untill l paid for light bill for September the I moved in. There was no discussion about it when I moved in at that time but I paid for the following month and so forth,but when I told him that I was moving he he wanted the light bill paid for September I don't think he could shut my light off for usually when we didn't have no agreement for that. So I call Mrs. Tahirah and asked what could I do,will not much but she jumped right on sending me a letter stating my right and his consequences if he didn't have my lights on the very next day they're all on and he straightened up and flew right ever since then.she is caring knowledgeable earnest and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know.

I have used her services several time for various legal purposes. She never fails at completing all tasks in a timely and most efficient way. I love her passion and her concern for her clients being aware of every step of the way.

My family and I was interested in obtaining several properties for rental purposes. We were referred to a particular LLC that supposedly deals with forclosures. We met with the owner of the LLC and something just didn't sound right to us. Immediately after leaving his office, I phoned Atty Tahirah Rashida and informed her of the information. She told me, do not touch this, don't have anything to do with it. What he is doing is illegal and he needs to be reported. Thank God we took her advice and never spoke with this guy again. The people that referred this LLC to us was not as fortunate. They lost thousands of dollars because they did not seek professional expert advice.
