My experience with Yoni Markhoff of Elder Solutions Law Firm was good. I felt that he was quite competent with his law knowledge. He responded to my questions and inquiries promptly, making my SNT set up fairly easy. Notarizing paperwork out of state via Zoom was extremely helpful.

Finding a good reputable elder law firm can sometimes be a daunting task. I have been truly lucky in finding Elder Solutions Law Firm. I sought out this firm in the month of June, 2020. I explained that I needed to have my mom placed into Medicaid and have her in a nursing home by September of 2020. Yoni began this transition of getting my mom Medicaid as well as getting her placed in a nursing home. Throughout this ordeal , Yoni made me feel comfortable and his professional and demeanor in this process was impressively reassuring throughout each maneuver to reach our goals. Each step was completed on time effortlessly and efficiently. Yoni is a master strategist and his skills as a elder lawyer impressive. Secondly, there is an amazingly talented person named Jennifer who was the go to person on all correspondences and paperwork necessary for this all to become into fruition.. Jennifer was the one who became my guide in navigating all the paper work that was needed to get my mom into a nursing home and complete the Medicaid process in a timely fashion. She is also relentless in her pursuit of completing whatever Medicaid asked for and was so very empathetic as to what I was going through. In the three months I worked with Jennifer ,she made me feel like family as she made herself available at all tomes of the day and evening. So how do you conclude this recommendation? I obviously left out some elements that the elder law firm helped behind the scenes that are too personal to relate. However, the final assessment would be; this is a law firm That does not just do it’s job effectively which it does. Elder Solutions Law Firm understands both your professional needs and your emotional needs and goes beyond what is required of them to supply such support. I highly recommend if you need an Elder care firm to use this company. You will never be disappointed... My only regret is not ever having met any of individuals due to the Corona virus. All the best to these amazing people today and in the future.
