I originally hired Mr. Weaver to handle 2 FDCPA violations back in 2011 and 2012. He was successful with both cases and then he took on my Chapter 7 BK which was granted in 2013. The final case was a foreclosure defense and then ultimately saved my house with a finalized HAMP modification. I have never had a lawyer that was completely successful in every case he took. Thank God for Jason Weaver!!!!!
