Amazing customer service, and very attentive.

Working with DTL was seamless and stress-free. I worked with Carlene as my legal assistant/case manager, and regardless of my delayed response times, she made sure to keep me updated along the way. I did not feel overwhelmed or overburdened working with the team, and when the time came to clarify some additional questions I had, requesting to speak with an attorney resulted in an immediate call back. After everything was said and done, DTL LITERALLY demanded the limit (max!) and got me a favorable settlement. Extra shout out to Lisa! Who made sure to f/u with me to get everything closed out timely. Again, I can be a bit hard to reach due to my schedule, but her f/u was immaculate. Definitely recommend this firm if you want to be treated w/respect from intake to case closing.
