As a parent, you never want to get a call that your child has been involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. That was the case when my daughter, who was attending college in Florida at the time , was struck by a reckless driver. Being out of state , the process of submitting a claim and understanding possible ongoing injuries was overwhelming. This could have been financial crippling to us if I did not reach out to Eltringham. We are forever grateful for the settlement Teresa was able to negotiate. We have peace of mind now. We recently had Barry Siegel draft a trust for us. From the first call to his office to the final receipt of our papers, everything was done top notch. The final papers were given to us with a USB zip drive (terrific) included. Made it so easy to forward any info to companies or people that needed copies. Anytime we needed to contact him or his wonderful staff, we got a prompt response. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommend him and his staff for any legal work you want done right and in a timely matter. Too bad all businesses aren't run this way.
