Carl Rosen, long time partner with Broad and Cassel, assisted my mother with her estate when my father passed away 2 years ago. He was instrumental in the execution of his will as well as the creation of a new trust. He immediately secured all assets and structured the new trust to protect these assets for my children. Mr. Rosen’s technical knowledge of the law was exemplary which proved to be a great comfort to my family. I developed the utmost respect for the manner in which Mr. Rosen conducts business. It was extremely reassuring to know that my mom was working with an attorney that not only exhibited expertise in the field, but conducted himself with integrity while demonstrating compassion and understanding.
