Michael Solomon helped us since I applied for the K1 Visa for my Fiancee. He made sure that the documents submitted to United States Immigration was accurate and correct. He prepared us for the conslate interview and we were ready. The interview was smooth and we had no problems getting the VISA, Also, he helped throught the entire process when we went to consutae for the interview. Michael was always available for us and he applied for the adjustment of status for us as well. The process was smooth and very accurate. Now, we have our interview scheduled with immigration for the adjustment of status and he prepared us for this interview as well. I recommend Michael Solomon and I am very pleased with his work. I am posting this review because I know first hand how stressful things can be, when we are in love and plan to marry someone who lives in another country. If you are anything like me, you want to hire the most knowledgeable lawyer to handle your petition. Please take it from me. I have spoke with countless attorneys in regard to my case. One reason was, I have a somewhat of a colorful past. And NONE of them were able to gain my confidence in filing my fiance visa. When I spoke to Michael Solomon he immediately broke things down for me. His experience and knowledge of immagration law, immediately curbed my anxiety and I knew he was the man for me. Needless to say, my fiance was granted her visa without a hiccup! It was the happiest day of my life. I'm certain it could not have been done without Michael Solomon. I owe him a great deal and my gratitude towards him remains to this day. I cannot recommend him enough!! Unfortunately for me, after nearly 10 years of marriage there were tragic circumstances that lead me to return to Attorney Solomon for another petition. Friendly and accessible, you can tell that he really wants to help you. Rates are fixed which was really nice for me and my husband since we are still students. Mr. Solomon helped us with filling out the forms and gave us a list of items and documents we needed to include in the application, which was really helpful since we didn’t necessarily know all these things. I think that having Mr. Solomon as our attorney is good for us and the experience overall is positive. One thing to note is that the assistant that we first had as our main contact person was not great (communication issues, late work, lots of mistakes on the draft documents), but I think he is no longer with the firm, since we have been talking to a different assistant recently. ( I have a better experience with the new assistant). I would recommend Mr.Solomon to anyone who is seeking to apply for marriage based immigration— especially if they are students like us (or on a tighter budget).
