I understand that sometimes, in a busy practice, clients can fall through the cracks, and unfortunately, I felt that happened in my case. After my daughter and I were in an accident, I reached out to ELG, hoping for guidance and support during a challenging time. While I appreciated their willingness to take on my case, I often found communication to be inconsistent, and I struggled to get the clarity I needed. Eventually, I received an email stating that my case was being dropped, which caught me off guard since I didn’t fully understand why. However, I do appreciate that they reached out afterward to apologize, which showed a level of professionalism and care. I just wish there had been more communication throughout the process to prevent confusion.

I hesitate because I did not want to call but I have to stand up for my rights as a Boca Raton resident and American citizen. No one should be driving without a license in our country.
