She has represented me in several family law matters. She wrote the most thorough and detailed Marital Settlement Agreement which outlined a very sophisticated agreements, assets, alimony, the the like. She pushed this through at an extremely quick pace knowing that time was important to me an my family. My company hired Ms. Quigley to write most of our operating agreements and employee forms. In addition, and where she absolutely shined, was her unbelievably thorough analysis of the Franklin-Dodd act. This was a very time-sensitive matter, and she managed to get through this dense, 600 page act in a matter of days and give us cogent and very prudent advice on what the act would mean to our business. She tells us all the time that she doesn't sleep when she needs to get work done, and I believe it because she is absolutely adamant about getting things done right and quickly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that wants the same amount of attention and time poured into their case as they would themselves.

I represented myself in a jury trial. Opponent had two every experienced labor lawyers. Should have been an easy case for me, but they went to town, played the jury, and totally screwed up the case. Dana reviewed the transcript, identified issues for appeal, crafted clear and masterful arguments. Not easy to fix someone else's bad haircut but she worked day and night to make absolute strongest possible case. She is a fighter! Her fees were reasonable but most important is that she picked apart the case to find the best legal arguments. Very impressive.
