Great experience. This law firm took care of all my issues after a terrible accident. They got me much needed therapy, made miracles happen with my hospital bills, and got me money for a car. These folks are honest and have your best interest at heart. I Will be using them if necessary in the future.

We wish we could give HIGHER than 5 stars for Attorney David Datny! We sent our sweet little one Mikey out to play down the street in our safe neighborhood , and he was brutally attacked and viciously bitten by two dogs, while the owners were watching, having had their dogs off leash and out front with them, the owners knowing these dogs had attacked others in the past. Mikey was bitten on his upper thigh, it was so awful, he couldn't sit, he was bleeding, and needed to be rushed to the hospital.He was in so much pain. He endured medications, injections, and stitches, and he felt every one! One year later, he still feels the pain; still healing. There was nothing we could do to ease not only his physical pain, but his emotional pain. Things could have been worse, as parents, we realize he could have died, so we are very blessed. However, Mikey is scarred for life both on his leg, and in his mind. But we could not have made it through any of this without David Datny. The medical bills were huge, and when we heard of the gross negligence we needed someone to help us. That someone was David. He swept in with his calming personality, assured us he will take care of everything for us, and he did. He felt so sorry for our little one, and he took this case personally to heart. He fought for our family and helped Mikey in so many ways. My child was cared for, matched up with a counselor, and has money for his future. He managed to get Mikey the maximum settlement from the insurance company. What David Datny was able to accomplish is amazing! We never felt like we were talking or dealing with a law firm, we always felt like we were talking to a friend. Attorney David Datny is such a kind hearted wonderful person, and in our opinion, the best accident attorney you could ever be lucky enough to work with!!! Mr. Datny is a phenomenal person and professional. He is personable, articulate, full of knowledge in his scope of work, and genuinely cares to do right for his clients. I came to Mr. Datny through a referral by a friend. Having not ever had any experience where I needed a personal injury lawyer, I trusted my friends positive review and opinion about him (and by doing my own research on him as well 🙂). I am so glad I did. From beginning to end, as needed, he met with me personally and took his time to fully get the details of my case, work the case, and always had a response to my inquiries. As long as I was doing what was advised, he was able to do what he does well. I never felt like I was left in the dark or that he did not know who I was when I called, or what was going on with my case. He truthfully advised me all along the process to help me achieve the best probable outcome. I got the impression that he is not solely focused on quantity (numbers game) as much as he is about quality (peace of mind). But trust me, I was VERY HAPPY with both ends of the spectrum when we were finally able to close my case. I’d have to say, one of the most important things for me is follow up. I am writing this review on behalf of David and his entire staff. I recently had a situation where I need to hire a personal Injury attorney. David was refereed to me by a friend and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results, but more importantly I never expected the special treatment I received by David and his staff. All my calls were either answered immediately or I received a return call by the end of the day by David himself . His attention to detail is what impressed me the most.
