I worked with Erika over the past 24 months regarding arbitration filing for an employment contract issue. She was always focused, well prepared, and went up against 3 lawyers from a large law firm representing the other side. Additionally, she provided sound and helpful advise on trade-offs, approach, process, and settlement attempts throughout the process. She was accessible and responsive when needed.
