I had the good fortune of a great job offer with a competitor. Unfortunately, a non-compete and non-disclosure clause in my contract almost cost me the position. Mr. Barthelette went over my contract and helped me come up with a plan to move forward and take the position. I wouldn't have known how to tell the new employer exactly what is expected from my previous contract in the state of florida, and probably wouldn't have been able to make the move. He was very thorough and broke things down so I cold fully understand my options.
