I was referred to Chad Robinson when my public adjuster wasn't able to take my case any further for an insurance claim due to Hurricane Irma. In all honesty, the public adjuster was a complete waste of time and I would have been MUCH better served having Chad represent me from the beginning. He was unbelievably patient while walking me through the process (this was my first time dealing with anything of this nature) and answered any and every question I could have possibly had without hesitation (even if it wasn't the answer I necessarily wanted). Communication is extremely important to me and Chad excelled. I have absolutely zero hesitation recommending Chad.
