We were introduced to Chad Robinson when we needed help settling a home owner's insurance claim. It was our first time engaging in any sort of legal action so we didn't know what to expect. Chad was very responsive to phone calls or emails and answered all of our questions. He explained the process, at every turn letting us know each party's actions and the possible outcomes, making us confident that it would turn out well. Mr. Robinson answered all of my questions promptly. He also explained all aspects of a very complex case. He ended up getting us the needed funds to complete the repairs on our home that was damaged by hurricane Irma, from a very reluctant insurance company. As a business owner, it was a pleasure working with a true professional. Hopefully, I will not need his services again, but if another legal matter arises, Mr. Robinson will be my first call!
