Excellent Service Chad Robinson obtained a fair settlement for our insurance claim which had been denied in the wake of Hurricane Irma. He kept us informed throughout the 15-month process. Chad usually responded to all our questions within a few minutes, even after regular business hours. Chad’s communication, attention to detail and negotiation skills are excellent. He is courteous and efficient. We hope we never need him again, but if we do, he’ll be our first call.
