Chad is absolutely amazing (crazy to say because I actually have yet to see him in person…Covid) BUT the pandemic has not hindered his customer service at all. He walked us through every step and made sure he was reachable at all times. He gave us constant updates and kept our mind at ease. The best part was that he was able to settle for the amount we asked for and we didn’t have to go to court and wait until mid 2023 like predicted. He really is a gem and I will highly recommend his services to anyone in need! Thank you again for all you have done for me and my family!

We had been waiting for half a year for our claim to be resolved. After that time our adjusters suggested Mr Robinson to handle our claim since the insurance was not working with us at all. They resolved our first case in 6 months and the second case in a year an half (might seem long, but it came to a point where we did not even think we were ever going to get a settlement). Mr Robinson delivered and made it happen. It was a great to work with him and his team. They do have to get a little better at giving updates on the case; however, whenever I called they called back and gave a full report.
