I would like to say that I called 5 other Law Firms for Trademark information and asking to help me get started and after 5 months nobody has called me but when I called Zoe Bernstein Law she answered me right away and in about 30 minutes she explained the process to me, gave me paperwork to do online, make a one time payment , and took care of me the same day. She has been in contact with me via email, text, and/or phone call to give me updates. I also texted Ms. Bernstein, and letting her know that I have received a letter in the mail for me to pay $1,800 for my Trademark so I texted Ms. Zoe a picture of the letter and she replied to me within 1 minute letting me know not to pay it because it was a scam. Ms. Bernstein, has been very professional in handling my request, great attitude and very attentive to my needs. She has made my process very easy and has done a great job. We were having an issue with our HOA regarding a shed on our property and based on the reviews we saw on google we reached out to LS Carlson and a few other firms. Our initial consultation with Jeff Kominsky (Partner) was nothing short of impressive. First and foremost Jeff actually took the time to listen to us and give us advice on our specific situation. Many other firms used the consultation meeting to brag to us how great they were but didn't really take the time to hear the details. Once we went over what was going on Jeff outlined in layman's terms what our potential legal solutions were, while also giving us a roadmap for how the legal process works and what to expect next. We walked away from the meeting feeling reassured and confident. What really set LS Carlson apart was that Jeff didn't push us to sign immediately. Sometimes these meetings can feel like a high pressure sales pitch, this couldn't be further from the case here. Jeff didn't even discuss next steps, we had to bring it up. Mr. Solomon and his entire staff were nothing short of exemplary, and I highly recommend him for the services that he provides. Mr. Solomon and his staff were very clear as to what was required at every single step of the Immigrant Visa process. He was always available for chatting or questions (which I had a lot of), and his staff were just as responsive and helpful. When we had to add our co-sponsor, Mr. Solomon made the process simple and quick for them, and there was no delay at all. The service to upload documents as well as to provide information for all parties involved was also very good: it was all online, save the need to mail a few documents, and the website worked flawlessly and was very responsive and informative. In the initial consultation they walked us through the process of obtaining a K1 Fiancé VISA back in 2010 and explained the timeline.
