This review is long overdue…. It’s quite a long story and I’ll spare everyone from the details, but I will say that Mark was the best attorney I have hired. We were in tight spot and he knew exactly what to do, when to do it and had our back’s even after everything was settled. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Mark was very professional, attentive and worked extremely fast. I hope I never have to use his services again, but he will be the first to call if another situation like that arises.

Baker Act Attorneys are the real deal. My cousin was Baker acted by her abusive husband who used it as a way to threaten and control her. Baker Act Attorneys got in there and got the job done by getting her out quick. I was stuck in Tampa Behavioral Health, due to me trying to establish at a primary care clinic and they ask you the questions regarding mood/anxiety. I have Major Depressive Disorder so of course I answered negatively on everything. I already have my own doctor who manages that. When I told how I was feeling to the Nurse Practitioner she Baker Acted me right away. I went willing with the perception I would genuinely get help. That is not the case for these places. When people joke around and refer to these places as the "Looney Bin" that is really the reality. No separation of people who severely mentally ill and no perception of own reality, and then people like me who are just really sad. If it wasn't for my mom and dad also my husband fighting for me to get out I would have been there for longer. IF it was not for the wonderful Mark more damage would have been done. Thank you for what you guys do. They got back to my mom right away. They were very speedy. I can't say thanks enough
