As a longtime lawyer, I know what makes for a good attorney and a good attorney-client relationship. Among the most important qualities are intelligence, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills. My siblings and I hired Spencer Winepol to probate our mother’s estate and we hit the trifecta. Spencer is the whole package and we could not have been more pleased, grateful, and/or impressed! He added so much more to the mix as well...he was responsive, accessible, and sensitive to our loss and the consequent need to retain him. Finally, his fees were extremely fair and his entire billing process clear and transparent.

I was in a dispute and really unsure on how to proceed. I have looked at several lawyers to take on my case .
