My landlord was actually an attorney and the way he manipulated me was grotesque. He promised to offer the property at a discount if I dealt with the maintenance and poor home remodel (the non permitted porch addition). I contacted Andrew FEB 2, 2016 and he had resolution for my issue FEB 11, 2016. The issue was closed Feb 16, 2016. In a span of two weeks he resolved my issue.
