I am writing this letter to recommend the Grosman Law Firm for their exceptional legal services. And I want to personally thank Howard and Adam for Being there for me in my time of need in what was an ongoing 13-year battle. I was injured in a Tragic IED event which occurred in Northern Tikrit Iraq October 11th at 11:11 am 2006 which caused the loss of my lower right leg, the loss of my partners Left arm. And the Death of a brother. A true Hero whom attempted to come to our rescue and sacrificed his life for ours. I found that I survived the battle, but I had to come to the realization that I now had to face a new enemy on the home front. The legal battlefield with the insurance company whom, Let’s just say… At times, it would seem that they did not have my best interests in mind. Unfortunately, in this day and age The Security Forces that are used to defend our freedoms at home and abroad, are treated as Pawns in the chess game. A renewable / expendable resource. Bullet sponges and cannon Fodder, better left on the battle fields then brought home. Realistically, in most cases, it seems to be a cheaper Option to pay for the funerial and plant a flag in memory of our soldiers, than payment of Medical Expenses and rehabilitation. Anytime I experienced denial of medical attention due to what I will call “Government Funded F*&Ckery / Red Tape/ Cooperate Psy/Ops.” The Team at Grossman Attorneys would immediately come to my support. They were instrumental dealing with the issues head on. And mercilessly negotiated all of the obstacles that were purposefully placed in my way to attempt to degrade me both physical and mentally in what I considered a direct action to hinder my healing process while attempting to return to some sort of normalcy in life.
