“Paid $8000.00 to retain services... By the time initial filing was created with attorney, we had already progressed to completing the release of partner. Attorney was not aware of the release (until I notified that night) and word was sent that the file was being closed with no more services needed - I wanted to sue the hospital that did this- regardless, the attorney sends me a $105 credit to my account stating that since it closed early, and the other was non refundable/non-negotiable that was the extent of the service.”
