I contacted Ellen at the suggestion of two different attorney friends when Hospice recommended I seek guardianship of my mother due to interference from a sibling. Ellen handled the guardianship quickly and effectively administratively, but more important, she was highly responsive every time I called or e-mailed her with a question or issue. She always made time for me and responded with both kindness and professionalism. I was so pleased with her work, my husband and I plan to use her to do our estate planning as well.

I met Ellen Morris in 2005 after wasting a lot of time and money with another lawyer who said he was an elder law lawyer but actually was a general practitioner with a subspecialty in elder law. Within a short time Ellen developed a new and proper plan and put it in place. My 83 year old cousin was swindled into a land trust by a neighbor who possed as a friend. A seemingly perfect crime to pull on a dementia stricken woman that's entire family is 1500 miles away. Ellen worded a letter as such that he completely reversed the land trust without settings foot in court. Ellen and Lisa have been very helpful in my out of state guardianship also. Five stars and a drink.

Ellen planned strategy and defended me against my brother (a NY lawyer) who verbally abused our 100 year old mother, illegally added a codicil to her will making him personal representative instead of me as was in her notarized directives and increase his share of the inheritance.. He took me to court at every opportunity and even appealed the judge's decision and Ellen represented me in the appeal also. the results would not have been the same without her able leadership and assistance.
