Panama City office was very filthy! There was dead cockroaches everywhere and the office smelled like mold. The attorney wasn’t dressed very business like. A client had to wait forever because the attorney didn’t show up on time.

Only two of the three partners are left in this firm and now I know why. Will never use this law firm again. They are rude, dishonest, unprofessional and they took way too long to settle my case. Then they held onto my money while they already took their share plus their expenses. Tried to go talk to the only partner that is left in this firm, Mr Ged, and he told me to get off his property or he would call the cops. This was because I questioned him as to why he took his share of my settlement money but had my money still in his escrow and the rest was held up with the medical lien company due to the firms errors. I lost over $1000 due to all their errors on my liens. They overlooked items that should have been taken off the list so I lost out on getting that money. In addition the Atty never reviewed anything with me prior to settling. My Atty left the firm and I was never told. I found out months later! Legally I have the right as a client to take my file to a different Atty or switch to a different Atty in that firm. When I questioned my rights as a client I was told that I hired the firm not the Atty! This is NOT true. I spoke to several other attys and the Florida Bar and they all said I should have been notified in writing that my Atty was leaving the firm and I did NOT have to stay with them. At that time with all the errors they were making I would have LEFT THAT FIRM! Immediately! So now I am out over $1000! I will NEVER use this law firm again NOR will I recommend them. The only helpful person in that office was Michael W.! Thanks to him I finally got my settlement money. Four months later and $1050 short! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Find another law firm that is honest and respectful.
