I purchased a $2 million plus home last week in Lighthouse Point, FL. Sheri Nott was recommended to us by a friend, who hired her to handle the purchase of their home in our new neighborhood. Sheri worked with our Seller, prepared a post occupancy lease agreement for them to stay another month, handled the seller's lien issues, and closed our deal in a very quick amount of time. She has a lot of experience with many real estate issues and maintained a pleasant attitude considering how difficult the sellers were in this process. My wife and I highly recommend her firm.

I bought a house in Hidden Valley neighborhood last week, which is very close to the Nott Law Group. The Seller’s realtor recommended Sheri Nott and I was so happy that she did! My closing costs were very fair and Sheri went out of her way to make sure I thoroughly understood everything. She has a wonderful assistant named Laura who was also very helpful. I highly recommend them!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. I believe they are overpriced and when I questioned some of the fees I received a rude and annoyed response.

My realtor recommended that we use the Nott Law Group to handle the title work on the sale of our home in east Boca Raton (Hidden Valley). Sheri and her staff are very hard workers and were able to handle our closing very smoothly without any issues. The buyer had to use a few different lenders, but Sheri worked with one of the lenders before and was able to get a true response about how the loan was progressing. Sheri is going to handle our trust work next as I have full confidence in her. I highly recommend her for your real estate, title work, and any trust or estate planning needs.

Sheri Nott handled the sale of my house in the Sanctuary in Boca Raton. My realtor recommended her to us and we could not be happier with the superb job she did. I recently used Sheri Nott and her title services for buying a house. I've bought many houses before, and her company was very hands-on and responsive. The closing was very smooth and the costs for her service were a lot lower than what I was accustomed to. Will definitely use again in the future.

I had several real estate closings in Palm Beach County, Florida throughout this past year. Some of them were "regular" sales and some were considered short sales. These short sales involved investment properties in which I owed in excess of $3.5 million total to the banks. This firm was able to get the entire deficiency balances from all loans forgiven. The banks were sometimes very difficult, but Sheri and her staff handled my dealings effectively and proficiently. I cannot thank her firm enough! Their fees were very reasonable. My realtor is now retaining this firm for their title work, which only shows what a great job that they do. I recommend them for your consultations and legal work.
