Randall Roger, Esq. has served my condominium in Boca Raton for many years. He is responsive to our needs and has always provided excellent guidance on a timely basis. Randall not only demonstrated his skill and experience in FL Statue 718, but he was also beneficial in guiding the association through the delicate period of the pandemic. Communication was key and Randall and his staff provided prompt answers to some of the most difficult questions. We appreciate Randall and his colleagues for their professionalism, honesty, and assistance throughout our term.

I am writing this review because i need to expose this mr Randall for who he is. He works for my condo association which means that my money is used to line his pokets. He is cleaning our reserves by threatening my neighbors and myself for no valid reason. He has no integrity and no ethics. In addition , he is antisemitic. He had the audacity to serve me with a stupid fabricated letter on the Jewish high holidays just to disrespect my religion. This man will sell his mother for a buck. He is incomptent and abusive. Stay away from him.

Direct and to the point; identified, addressed and resolved issues presented. Offending property owner corrected violations and reimbursed Association for all fees, with Mr Roger’s demands. Entire experience was pleasant and professional. We could not have been more satisfied and shall continue to use Mr. Roger as counsel. Prior law firm was slow, unresponsive and expensive.

Without hesitation I recommend Randall K Roger and Associates, P.A. Randall practices what he preaches and leads our associations to success. We call him in to straighten out the issues that most boards try to do themselves and end up fighting among themselves for decades. He calms down the naysayers and they too become part of the positive process in healing the development. It is without a doubt that I can attest to his honesty, Integrity and Intuitiveness in dealing with people while holding the integrity of the associations governing documents in place. He gives the manager and board the knowledge and thereby the ability to be part of the healing process as well. With this the associations thrive. Randall will listen intently and gives you advice and then helps you follow the process out to positive outcome.
