My mom has been in three assisted living facilities since 2012 in Boca , Delray and Boynton . We all want the best for our loved ones. However if you can not be present at the facility on a daily basis you loved one becomes neglected by the staff. I reached the point of needing legal advise. I admit it. I had a negative perception of lawyers and lawsuits before I had suffered a serious loss. I didn't want to sue, but I felt I had no other recourse. We initially signed up with a large law firm that advertises alot (mistake). They eventually had a hard time getting the medical records and referred us to Mike, "a specialist attorney." Thanks to Michael Brevda, Justice was served for my Mom. She was elderly with several serious problems when, in addition, she was a victum of malpractice. For months, I tried to find a Law Firm that would take my Mom's case but was unsuccessful, because my Mom's advanced age limited the value of the case. I was referred to Michael Brevda.
