Steven Asarch has been our lawyer for 18 years. He has set up estate planning for my husband and me, my Aunt and my cousin. We all have relied on Mr Asarch for many problems involving questions on ALL types of Florida law. We are originally from New York, and Mr Asarch is familiar with New York law , therefore he was able to answer questions concerning New York. He set up Estate Planning for us, my Aunt and my cousin (all Florida residents). My Aunt and my cousin have passed away, and Mr Asarch handled both their estates in a professional manner and without a problem. We are comfortable knowing we are in good hands.

We have used Steven for the past few years, first to redo our wills when we moved to Florida. After all was done and compelted, we needed to make some changes . In both cases we met with Steven, discussed what we wanted and he gave us the various choices we would have to make. With his guideance we completed everything necessary and we have the piece of mind to know it was done correctly and will be properly used when necessary. Steven is low pressure, cordial and friendly and we certainly would be happy to put our names on his client list. We did have him draw up the following documents, wills, trusts, medical forms, living wills. All the completed work was documented in a bound loose leaf binder so that all documents could be easily referenced when & if needed.

Steve was a big help in settling my mother's estate. My brother and I live in different states, and for some reason the people managing my mother's investment accounts could not give us straight information. Steve helped us sort through things and finally achieve some resolution. he was friendly, courteous, and his fees were reasonable. Would definitely recommend him for anyone in Florida with estate issues.

I have been working with Steve Asarch, on a multiple amount of corporate and family estate issues, since I became a resident of Florida in 1994. Steve has helped me in areas that I had very little knowledge in and he worked comfortably with my accounting firm and attorneys that were located in the New England area. After relocating to Florida from NYC I sought a Florida Estate Planning attorney and attended an Estate Planning Seminar at which Steven Asarch was one of the speakers. I liked him immediately and after a one on one meeting, authorized him to create an Estate Planning Portfolio which included a Revocable Trust, Pour Over Will and other ancillary documents. It is now over 15 years that we have been working together. We meet periodically to review this material in light of my changing needs and changes in the tax law. I am happy with the work that Steve has done and feel confident I am in good hands.

Steven was exceptionally helpful to give what I needed & didn't realize I needed.. Trust agreement & will, also living will to provide family with all necessary legal documents. He also perioidically updates when new laws come into effect.. I highly recommend Steven.
