I worked at World Trade Center ground zero as a responder and contracted Prostate Cancer. I am currently awaiting to go to court to resolve this matter and Parker Waichman are representing me. They have been very professional and helpful. Currently waiting for my certification from the WTC Health program which are moving too slow.

They had my best interest at heart. Every step of the way they (Nicole) kept me in the loop. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and very professional. Hopefully I will never need a law firm again but if so, it will Parker and Waichman.

I worked with Francisco from the Florida location during my case he was communicating with me in a timely manner very nice and honest and he worked pretty fast with my case but once he received the check from the settlement I let him know I wanted to meet in person to thank him so we drove 4 hours in total 2 hours there 2 hours back while I was pregnant to come pick up the settlement check he said no problem he let me know when the check was ready we drove two hours there he told me at first that I had to pay the medical fees which is no problem but I notice the amount to be a little short on the check so I questioned and he said they paid the medical fees which was confusing because I thought I was supposed to pay that but moving on I went to go cash the check at northern trust which is where the check is supposed to be withdrawn at but they stated I needed two forms of ID which I only hade my drivers licenses because I was 2 hours away from where I lived so I told them I will go to a northern trust where I live at so I can show them my social and license as two forms of ID once I get it from my house then went to the Fort Lauderdale location and they made me wait an hour just to tell me that the assistant of Francisco from the law office told them they told me to cash it at my own bank which no one from the law office ever told me that I had to cash it at my own bank so they refused to cash the check I called Francisco to let him know he said he will call me back to find out what was going on he called back less then 5min and told me the bank said that I didn’t have two forms of ID I told him I do have that so I’m thinking he called the wrong bank but I asked him if he can communicate with them and he did not want to do that he said to just go cash It at your own bank when I told him I needed the money to go to my doctors appointment on Monday because I’m pregnant I need to pay my copay and my bank is trying to hold it for 4 days at Wells Fargo which I would have to reschedule my obgyn appointment he told me he heard worse cases which I feel was very rude because he knew my Situation and it shouldn’t matter who case is worser everyone matters and I feel like he didn’t want to talk to northern trust to cash the check because he already got his money so he didn’t care about his client anymore which made me feel he was always about getting his money the whole time not about helping the client out so I’m writing this review to say if you want someone who cares about making money off you and not really helping you then this is the place to go but I wouldn’t recommend you to go here because they do not care about you as a person or human being they care about their money he faked to have cared the whole time but once the money was in his hands his true colors showed and I was very disappointed.

I went to the 27299 location and stop to Frank no one believed us with a car accident we were at fault and Frank still pulled through one of the best lawyers,no sketchiness straight to business and always reassured us.if there was a 6 start review I would put 6
