After receiving a citation by a Charlotte County Sheriffs Dept deputy following a minor fender bender in a Lowe’s parking lot for “failure to use due care” I was contacted by Attorney Carney with an offer to represent me in court for a set fee. Feeling that the citation was unjustified I retained his services and he immediately contacted the court and requested a court date. Attorney Carney represented me throughout the 5 month process which culminated with a finding of Not Guilty and the citation was dismissed. Attorney Carney kept me well informed throughout the process and I was highly satisfied with the favorable outcome and the services he provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to retain him again to contest a traffic ticket should the need arise. He represented me several times in court, kept me well informed, and his fee was very reasonable.

Lee made my ticket go away and it couldn’t of been any simpler. I reached out through his site, emailed an image of the ticket asking for help. He promptly called me, asked a few questions and I gladly made a payment (less than the infraction) and several weeks later he gave me an update of status on his own. My case did not even go to court he was able to go in on May 18, 2021 and ask the judge to give me a warning and dismiss it he thought was a longshot but he was able to talk to her and the judge agreed he did an excellent job. I can see that the extra job just by asking and thinking that it was a good possibility.

Although I contacted Mr. Carney at the very last minute he accepted my request and represented me in front of the judge getting the ticket dismissed. I am very grateful to Mr. Carney

Received a ticket for 39 in a 30. Attorney Carney got me off with a warning. He was professional and quick to return calls/ contact you with the information. He was also very reasonable with the fee. I would highly recommend him!
