I engaged Mr. Pefka to represent me in an accident case wherein a red light runner claimed HE had the green light (he did NOT), and there were no witnesses. While my case didn't go entirely in my favor (having no witnesses and FL being a no-fault state), I "felt" well represented and believe we had the best outcome given the circumstances.
