If you are looking to be a number, don’t use these attorneys. If you are looking to be part of the family with the attention rarely seen by any Association of lawyers, don’t even think about it. Hire Frankle & Kominski Law Firm. They will fight until the last drop of blood. They take no prisoners. I have never seen anything like it... When my case went to the arbitrator, the man pulled me aside into his private office and told me to immediately call my lawyer and thank them. He said he never seen any attorney attack so viciously to win the maximum allowable payment for his client. Usually the arbitrator is a Neutral source - they are not on one side or the other they are a neutral party trying to get both sides to agree on some type of common ground. Even the arbitrator was on my side by the end. In my case, there were three individual parties filing suit on one insurance company. That company had a maximum For any particular incident/accident. My attorney got me 96% of the proceeds and the other two parties share the remaining 4%. How’s that for aggressiveness and viciousness when it comes to a lawsuit.
