Working in a doctors office you never know what type of people you are going to speak with each day regarding records. I can definitely say that Frankl and Kominsky’s office has to have some of the most professional and kindest staff members. On my last encounter I spoke with a young lady Nara. She was very pleasant to speak with and patient while I had to find more information for her. She was proactive, professional and ready for any questions I had and had a friendly tone in her voice throughout the entire conversation.
