I am so happy to have found this law group ... from the moment I went to their office, I was warmly greeted and made to feel important. Alison is a great !! Shauna, the legal assistant, is great ... and Attorney Marla Stewart Owczarek was just such a great help to me. Providing understanding and such great patience in helping to get me through this process of making up a will, POA, Health Surrogate and a Living Will. I'm very happy to have this done. I want to share my positive experience with Rodney Gerling, the exceptional lawyer who helped me create my will. After getting married, I needed to update my will, and Rodney guided me through the process with expertise and care. Our initial meeting on Zoom was convenient, and he asked all the right questions to ensure my will accurately reflect my wishes. I met with him once more to finalize the details, and I can confidently say that he is truly the best in his field.

Having to tackle the probate of a will from 1200 miles away could have been very difficult, but Attorney Gerling and Rochelle made the process as easy as possible.
