Barnes Walker prepared all our trust documents, wills, powers of attorney, etc. They also set up my new business LLC and reviewed my business lease. All items were completed flawlessly and on time. Barnes Walker have represented us since 2012 we will continue to have their representation in the future.

This company company made a check out to my Mom's estate. I could not cash it even though I am the executor as the estate never had a bank account. I asked them to send the check made out to me. Of course they had all the probate docs showing I am the executor. They refused. Fast forward to last summer when they contacted me and asked my why I had not cashed the check. I told them again. They said they would issue me a check. Never got it. Contacted them again. Started getting a run around. We are out of the office. We will check with another dept. Then send us the old check. I did. Shortly be 2 years since this debacle started and still no check. Mind you it is a small check. Disgusted.

Jaime is on top of it at the Parrish location. They do an excellent job there and communicate well with my clients.
