I just settled a dispute with my former landlord over prepaid rents and rent deposits. The landlord had previously agreed to release me from my lease so that I could purchase a home. Shortly after I terminated my lease and moved out, the landlord began stringing me along saying that her attorneys (a high-power firm in Sarasota) had told her that she could keep all of my prepaid rents and deposits and return nothing to me. We are talking to an excess of $13,000, so I contacted Attorney Derek DiPasquale based upon his Avvo reviews. Mr. DiPasquale was able to quickly get me a very favorable resolution without the need to go to court. Attorney DiPasquale was always available to respond to my questions and concerns, but more importantly, he provided me with excellent legal guidance. He definitely knows his legal subject matter, and was fully prepared to handle my case. He also knows his way around the local legal circles, and I found him to be very fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Attorney DiPasquale, and will re commend him to anyone who needs a high-quality legal mind in his corner. In fact, when my situation was resolved, I grabbed several of his business cards to pass along to my friends, and more importantly, to keep for myself, should I need to speak with an attorney in the future. In my opinion, Attorney DiPasquale is one of the best attorneys that I have encountered in my 56 year old life which includes my 24 year federal law enforcement officer career.

I have used Derek a couple of times for my business and I will continue to do so in the future as well. He is able to guide me through the process, explain situations, and communicate options so we can make the best decision for how to proceed. Derek and his group worked diligently on my loan modification for my home. He got back with me & kept me posted on all matters as he received responses from the bank. I received $175,000 forgiveness on my loan. I was more then happy with his services & knowledge with leading me in the right direction.
