Been waiting well over six month's for a return phone call in regards to my father's death .

Mr. Thompson consistently gave our condo association owners incorrect advice. He constantly backed the decisions of the former president, whether or not those decisions followed the current condo law. This has caused our association to have ongoing issues, some of which are very costly to correct.

I came to them in 2015 to have a trust wrote up for my son fundraisers because he is special needs. I told them my son received ssi and I needed a trust to collect money for fundraisers without it counting towards my income, which they told me they could. I paid them money out of the fundraising money that could have paid for other thing to have this trust wrote up. Well fast foward a few years come to find out that the trust they wrote was not correct and end up counting as my income. When I talk to someone today they tell me that’s not what I had the trust wrote up about, that I had it so I could collect money. Umm I don’t need a trust to collect money I can just do that and it’s considered my income but I had the trust wrote up so it wasn’t. So they lied to me since the beginning to get money out of me knowing they weren’t doing what I needed and now won’t help fix what they caused.these are Rich lawyer who take money out of poor special needs mom pockets for no reason other then to sell her lies.

Took 3 weeks to return the earnest money from cancelled contract --- UNREAL. Front desk woman gave check with 09/15 date ahead, and then lied she sent a corrected one last week whereas it was overnight FedEx with the same date of 09/15. Despite writing about bank charge to my account, she disregarded it and on top charged some phony fee for Internet print put so just earnest money won't be full as deposited. Per Florida law, issuing check with wrong date causing clients money is a financial offense and charge of $99 should be sent as equivalent. Very cunning.desling. REMEMBER to restrict this office from snipping puny fee before your due diligence period ends, otherwise ca 10 pages print out from Internet they will charge. They wanted more but my agent challenged it at the desk and she was sropped. UNTRAINED staff causes such reviews. Did anyone from her superiors contacted me despite cc'ing on email? Nooooo.
