I have worked with Mr. Stein over the last year-and-a-half during my very complex and challenging divorce. Mr Stein recently supported myself and my child with his services in family law. My ex husband filed a motion to attempt to establish himself as the enrolling parent and move my daughter from her Montessori school and take her to another school. Mr Stein was kind, compassionate and thorough. His thoughtful direction and expertise led us to a successful result. I was awarded the role of enrolling parent and my child has now returned to her wonderful Montessori school. My family and I are so grateful for Mr Stein and will seek his help with any future needs.

This is really a negative zero!!!! This guy does not do what he is asked by his clients. He is not honest. Tells you one thing and does another. He does not handle your affairs as asked. He will not process your paperwork..he will sit on it and do nothing with it. Do not give this guy a dime to do anything for you... he is worthless!!! Shadiest lawyer I have ever encountered. He lies to you. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Hes not my Atty , I would hire an ethical one .But
my experience in having been against him pro se in court was that he lied on something that can easily be proven since it was filed with the courts and he made up a situation that didn't happen . He represents a man who put 40 staples in my head and face. And is helping continue the abuse through the courts.
. If you want a respected honest atty I'd keep searching for one who does not represent violent clients in family matters to start with.
