Spencer Heintz did a great job handling my car accident injury case. He was aggressive in getting me the settlement I deserved. His office was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. His paralegal G’bria was on top of it. She was a great help through the whole process. After being injured in a hit and run auto accident I contacted Heintz law because I felt the insurance company wasn’t offering a fair settlement for my injuries. I am sure glad I did. Spencer and his team took their time and helped me stay organized with my treatments while making the entire process very simple. In the end Spencer and Heintz law got me a settlement that was more than 20x the insurance companies initial offer. I couldn’t recommend this firm and Spencer more. Great family owned plat

Last year I was hit head-on, by a wrong-way drunk-driver travelling at 60+mph. I’d never been in an accident, & a few weeks after, I realized I was in-over-my-head, completely overwhelmed by all there was to deal with. I initially hired a large “billboard firm” and within the first month my case was transferred back & forth between at least three different attorneys/case managers—not one of which I was ever able to make phone contact with, let alone get a face-to-face meeting. After a couple of months trying to work with the other law firm, I became so frustrated & hopeless—Feeling like I wasn’t justified— As if what happened to me wasn’t a valid case to be fought. I was in tears at work one day when someone mentioned Heintz Law to me, and said she knew the owner, Steve, and that she thought if anyone could help me, it would be them. I walked into Heintz the next day with a copy of my case file, and asked to make an appt to talk with someone later that week. The receptionist I guess could tell how emotional & overwhelmed I was, because after a few minutes, she said someone would be able to meet with me right then if I wanted. G’Bria and Spencer both met with me that day; listened to everything I’d wanted to tell about my experience with the other law firm. Spencer was so patient with me— He went through the entire file I brought in and explained options for how my case could be carried out, & what the process would be, etc. I signed on as a client for Spencer to represent me, right then-&-there, feeling an immediate sense of hope in having a worthwhile outcome, finally. G’bria was my paralegal & helped take so many things off my plate—above & beyond what I ever could have expected. (Dealing with medical bills, Helping to get me to medical specialists, therapy, & even doing extra leg work, checking which providers were in network with my health ins. (as it changed throughout the course of my case being open). There was never at any point a time that I felt “left in the dark” or waiting for questions to be addressed, the way I’d felt with the former firm. Spencer & G’bria were so proactive in reaching out to give updates, & even just to touch base with me at times when there wasn’t yet an update to provide. I could clearly tell they had my best interests at heart from day one, all throughout the 13 months or so that my case was open. When everything came to a close, I was in complete disbelief at the compensation amount that Spencer was able to get for me. Had I not crossed paths, by complete chance, with the person who mentioned Heintz to me, I don’t know where I’d be today. I hope this review will reach someone that’s in need of help the way I was, & that they will take my words for the truthful sincerity in which I hope for them to come across.
