I would highly recommend Ms. Glaser for anyone that needs any kind of will, estate planning, probate, etc. Ms. Glaser helped me through the legal process with my mom's estate after her passing and made the process so easy during a very difficult time. Planning for your Estate is something none of us like or want to think about. But regardless, whatever our age, is now is the time to do it. I found myself wanting to consult an EXPERIENCED attorney, rather than one of those "INSTATA WILL" websites - those, is my opinion, are not fool proof, nor will they be there when questions arise, as they will, nor will that website grow old with you and make recommendations you can trust. I was fortunate enough to find Whitney Glaser through the Florida Bar website. Any website is a gamble, but I struck GOLD! she was terrific, spoke at my level and she had the experience to know what I needed after being a very thorough listener. It wasn't a "one shot" deal. After first draft, we made the changes I wanted together. She answered my questions and made recommendations that seemed right for my situation. I felt like she'd be there for me, as well as for my family when the time comes they have to handle my Estate. I felt completely free of stress after having these legal arrangements made. I moved to Florida in 2016. I felt with two attorneys prior to Attorney Glaser. One of them insulted my Father’s title agency and the other I prepaid and the work wasn’t completed. Attorney Glaser was fair and completed the work in a timely manner. She was caring and kind. I will be using her in the future for my estate planning. I would definitely recommended her.
